Overview
Leafyinn Homestay is a sole proprietorship firm that offers villas, bungalows, farmhouses, homestays, service apartments, and individual rooms to guests, primarily for residential purposes, under the brand name “Leafyinn Homestay.” These Terms of Service apply to any individual or entity making reservations for any of the Properties (defined below) or individual rooms via our website, mobile app, third-party platforms, travel agents, referrals, advertisements, or any other booking channels (collectively referred to as “Booking Channels”).

By using any of these Booking Channels to make a reservation, guests are expected to read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our Booking Channels and not proceed with any bookings for the Properties.

User Acknowledgement and Express Consent
Your use of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined here, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other policies available on the Leafyinn Homestay website. These Terms of Service, together with all other policies, form a binding agreement between you and Leafyinn Homestay regarding the use of the website and its services.

By accessing, viewing, browsing, caching, storing, and/or using any part of our website or services—including completing a Booking—you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consented to all the terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy, and agree to be bound by them.

The pages, content, and infrastructure provided through our website, along with the online accommodation reservation service (“the Service/s”), are owned, operated, and provided by www.leafyinn.com. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only, and by using them, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

User Acknowledgement of Risk
By using this website, you acknowledge that you fully assume the risks involved in the transaction. Additionally, you understand and assume the risks of liability or harm of any kind that may arise from any activities related to the accommodation associated with the transaction(s).

This means that in using Leafyinn Homestay’s Booking Channels, you agree to be responsible for any risks tied to your stay at the Property, including but not limited to damages, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during or after your stay. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of the risks before booking.

Updates to the Terms of Service
Leafyinn Homestay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or other Booking Channels. We recommend that guests regularly review the Terms of Service for any updates. If you disagree with any changes, you should cease using our services. Continued use of the website or Booking Channels implies your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service replace any prior agreements, understandings, or representations and will prevail even if there is any discrepancy with other terms related to orders or services provided by Leafyinn Homestay.

Definitions

• Property/Properties: Refers to villas, bungalows, farmhouses, homestays, service apartments, and/or individual rooms that are listed for booking on any of the Booking Channels.

• Guest/Guests: Any individual, company, or organization that shows interest in booking any of the Properties through the Booking Channels. Depending on context, Guests may be referred to as “you” or “your.”

• Booking: Refers to a reservation made by a Guest for the purpose of staying at any of the Properties.

• Check-In: The date and time scheduled for a Guest to arrive at the Property and complete any required formalities before they can begin their stay.

• Check-Out: The date and time scheduled for a Guest to vacate the Property after completing any necessary formalities.

• Booking Period: The duration between the Guest’s scheduled Check-In and Check-Out dates.

• Booking Amount: The total cost of the Booking, which the Guest is required to pay to Leafyinn Homestay in order to confirm their reservation.

• Booking Confirmation: The communication sent by Leafyinn Homestay to confirm the Guest’s Booking, detailing information such as the Property name, Check-In and Check-Out times, number of rooms, Booking Amount, and any required Security Deposit. A Booking is not considered confirmed until the full Booking Amount is paid, even if a Booking Confirmation has been sent.

• Advance: A non-refundable deposit that the Guest must pay to Leafyinn Homestay to secure their reservation.

• Security Deposit: A deposit that may be required from the Guest, depending on the circumstances. It will be held to cover any damages to the Property or its contents, or any additional fees incurred by the Guest during their stay. Any unused portion of the Security Deposit will be refunded after Check-Out.

• Peak Days: Refers to specific high-demand dates, such as long weekends, or festive holidays like Diwali, Christmas, or New Year’s.

Reservation and Payment Policies

1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only after the full Booking Amount has been paid by the Guest. Guests are responsible for ensuring the total payment is completed by the deadlines provided in the Booking Confirmation.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Guests are required to follow the scheduled Check-In and Check-Out times as outlined in their Booking Confirmation. Delays or changes to these times must be arranged in advance.

3. Security Deposit: Depending on the Property, guests may be required to pay a Security Deposit, which will be refunded after Check-Out, provided no damages or additional charges are incurred.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled Check-In date are eligible for a 50% refund of the Booking Amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

User Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
By using this website and making a reservation, you explicitly acknowledge that you fully assume the risks associated with the transaction. Additionally, you agree to fully assume the risks of liability or harm of any kind related to any subsequent activities during your stay at the Property. Whether it’s regarding potential damages, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents, you accept full responsibility for understanding and managing these risks prior to and during your stay.

Service Modifications
Leafyinn Homestay reserves the right to make changes or improvements to the services described on the website or through any Booking Channel without prior notice. Guests are advised to review the website periodically for updates to the Terms of Service. Continuing to use our website or Booking Channels indicates your acceptance of any updates or modifications.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in the booking documents.
